The store

TheZevani sells unisex accessories, including 50×50 cm satin silk printed bandanas and hair accessories, from Bangalore, India. We currently ship only within India.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud) and will notify you.
Product images are for illustration; slight colour variation can occur due to screen settings and print batches.

Payment

Payment options shown at checkout may include UPI / cards / wallets and COD if available. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details.

Shipping & returns

Shipping, delivery timelines and return rules are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Bandanas and hair accessories are hygiene-sensitive; change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Intellectual property

All store content, product photography, logos and print designs are owned by TheZevani or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, TheZevani is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
